Aileen Tadiaman is an accomplished registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree. With her career spanning over 20 years, Aileen has a multitude of experiences specialising in Emergency Care, Patient Flow and Critical Care. Initially starting her career in disabilities as a enrolled nurse, she now leads a team of highly engaged healthcare professionals as a Registered nurse that make a difference in providing effective and efficient patient care in our community. Aileen’s extensive leadership and management background will see her possess strong critical thinking and patient advocacy.

Aileen has achieved various hospital acquired experiences such as Hospital Major Incident Medical Management Support, Operations Lead COVID -19, Major Incident Medical Management support in Emergency, Trauma Team Training, Clinical Initiative Nurse Program, and Advanced Life support. She has also gained experience in After hours Nurse Manager and Whole of Hospital Lead for 2 growing hospitals which now has enabled her to transition working in NDIS community to better support and provide a healthcare pathway for those in need.

Aileen’s passion to continually strive for patient care will see her succeed in the dynamic field of healthcare, who is committed to continuous learning and growth. Starting her experience with disability and working in the hospital system Aileen understands the needs of our NDIS clientele. This is a full circle in her desire to keep understanding the need and care required for whom she serves, with the culmination of her experiences and genuine warmth coming together for better client outcomes.
