Florabelle Tadiaman has been in the in the nursing profession for almost 20 years. Her nursing journey some may say was a natural progression after being surrounded by strong familial role models with careers in the healthcare industry. She began her professional journey as an Assistant in Nursing in 2004. She gained a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and commenced the New Graduate Program where she gained experience in Cardiology, Surgical, Medical and Intensive Care and that’s when her passion for gastroenterology and hepatology began.

Florabelle’s professional voyage includes multifaceted roles encompassing direct patient care, education, and managerial responsibilities. As a seasoned nurse, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of gastrointestinal and hepatic conditions, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care throughout their journey.

Florabelle has successfully led dynamic teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. Her leadership beliefs revolve around empowering staff to achieve excellence, emphasising evidence-based practice and the latest advancements in gastroenterology and hepatology.
